I believe most of us are truthful, but that everyone also tells "little white lies" to make relationships easier. For example, telling a friend that an outfit looks good so you don't hurt their feelings, or perhaps telling your kids that the toy store is closed when it's really open. Could you tell the truth 100% of the time?

Well, 99% of the time. sometimes people ask questions about themselves they shouldn't ask. A kind white lie is best.
I agree with JeffInGlenCarbon. I consider myself honest about as often as is possible. But I agree that there are times when people ask questions we know they don't really want the answers to - or are not ready for. Then I think it is on us to figure out how to be honest without compromising what it means to be loving and kind.
