Have you ever had to walk your child out of a store because of a very bad temper tantrum?

In today's world, it's too easy for someone to jump to conclusions and think that you are hurting your child. Better to leave and have the child understand that his behavior will not be tolerated. If he gets nothing out of it, he probably won't do it again.
